For all online orders made by 5PM EST, your order will be available for pick up on the next business day between "Noon to 7:30PM EST" unless you leave your desire pick up date in the note section at checkout. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order is confirmed ready for pick up.

Japong reserves the right to replace the products with same value if deem necessary due to unforeseen inventory challenges.

All orders for store pick up only.

All sales are final and we do not accept return or exchange.

Orders not pick up within 24 hours of confirmed pick up date will be discarded without refund.
